I put this in my links and then decided that wasn’t sufficient. It’s a sister site to Poverty.com, with the idea being you play a word game and every time you get a word right 20 grains of rice are donated to the United Nations World Food Program (WFP) by the sponsors. So you feed the hungry (admirable), improve your vocabulary (worthwhile) but mostly get to spend hours of your life proving that you are the wordiest and most given to verbiage of them all. Levels go from 1-50 with increasingly difficult words. I think this is the best game I have ever played but then I liked the verbal portions of standardized tests too.
